Juvenile Hall, County of Santa Cruz, California
Roof type: 2001 Company "Vacuum System" utilizing Sarnafil 80 mil membrane
Roof system: PUC Single Ply - "Vacuum System"
Roof specs:
  • The existing EPDM system was removed with an "Extruded Polystyrene" tapered insulation installed into low rise polyurethane foam
  • Over the "EPS" taper system, 1/2" "Dens-Deck" was installed; loose laid; over which the 60 mil system was loose laid in place
  • Budget: $478,000
